Three-time ramen chef Jeffrey has spent nearly a decade perfecting his craft. At 10, he was already experimenting in the kitchen—a passion that led to a ramen apprenticeship and a year navigating the chaos of NJ’s busiest ramen restaurant. Summers were spent refining knife skills and mastering flavor balance at top-tier cooking programs, culminating in graduation from CampusNYC Culinary Arts Academy. Specializing in Sichuanese and Chinese cuisine, Jeffrey brings bold, vibrant flavors to every recipe.
Anton Athanasiu is an aspiring chef with a deep passion for Italian cuisine. Working as chef de partie of Che Fico in Menlo Park, he has mastered the art of upscale Italian dishes, from handmade pastas to show-stopping truffle risottos. With strong suits of precision and creativity, Anton combines tradition with innovation, bringing rich flavors and refined technique to every plate.
Caspar has been an integral part of Jeffrey’s lounge since 2023. Specialized in bouncing, customer service, and waitering, he worked all-around front house in the early days of the lounge. Caspar is also the writer for Jeffrey’s – having experience writing his own short novels, articles, working in DailyCal, and even creating his own language. Caspar has honed his skills in linguistics, phonetics, and creative writing.
