Founder & Chef - Jeffrey Yuan

Three-time ramen chef Jeffrey has spent nearly a decade perfecting his craft. At 10, he was already experimenting in the kitchen—a passion that led to a ramen apprenticeship and a year navigating the chaos of NJ’s busiest ramen restaurant. Summers were spent refining knife skills and mastering flavor balance at top-tier cooking programs, culminating in graduation from CampusNYC Culinary Arts Academy. Specializing in Sichuanese and Chinese cuisine, Jeffrey brings bold, vibrant flavors to every recipe.

Founding Bouncer & Editor - Caspar Turner

Caspar has been an integral part of Jeffrey’s lounge since 2023. Specialized in bouncing, customer service, and waitering, he worked all-around front house in the early days of the lounge. Caspar is also the editor for Jeffrey’s – having experience writing his own short novels, articles, working in DailyCal, and even creating his own language, Caspar has honed his skills in linguistics, phonetics, and creative writing.
